Setup Guide for Windows 2000 Dial-up

From the 'Start' button, select 'Settings', then 'Network and Dial-up Connections', then 'Make New Connection'. This will start the Network Connection Wizard.

Click "Next".

On the next screen, make sure the boxes are checked as indicated below, then click "Next":

On the next screen, check the box indicating your connection method, then click "Next":

Enter your area code and the Access Telephone number, then click "Next":

Enter your login name and password, then click "Next":

Enter a name for this connection and click "Next":

To set up your email account now click 'Yes', otherwise click 'No', then click "Next":

If you selected 'Yes' and you wish to set up your email now, click here. If you selected 'No' for email account setup, you're ready to connect to the Internet! Clear the checkbox if you don't want to connect to the Internet right now, then click Finish. That's it!
