Email Setup Guide for Outlook Express

Setting up Outlook Express for E-mail:

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Click on Tools then Accounts

3. Click on the Mail tab and then go to Add and then Mail

4. Follow the instructions for the Wizard by entering in your :

a. Display Name

b. Email address : user_name@yourdomain.com

c. Incoming (mail.yourdomain.com) and Outgoing (mail.yourdomain.com) Servers

IMPORTANT: If you have a problem using your domain name as the Outgoing Server, please check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if they allow external email to be sent through their network. Many ISP's are now blocking Port 25 and/or requiring you to register your external email with them in order to be able to send out. You may have to use your ISP's outgoing server (SMTP) settings to be able to send email.

d. Account name : user_name

5. All Finished! Now you can Click on Send and Receive to check your email.
