Email Setup Guide for Outlook 2007To setup Outllook 2007 please follow the steps below. Open Outlook. Select 'Account Settings...' from the Tools menu.
On the E-mail tab, click New.
Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next.
Select Internet E-mail and click Next
Enter the following information for E-mail Accounts.
IMPORTANT: If you have a problem using your domain name as the Outgoing Server, please check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if they allow external email to be sent through their network. Many ISP's are now blocking Port 25 and/or requiring you to register your external email with them in order to be able to send out. You may have to use your ISP's outgoing server (SMTP) settings to be able to send email.
Click on the Outgoing Server tab, and check the box labeled My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then choose to Use same settings as my incoming mail server Choose Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail
Click OK on all boxes until you are back at the main Outlook screen. That's it! You're ready for action.
